Katie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian based in Perth, Western Australia. Katie is a member of Dietitians Australia.
Katie completed her Bachelor of Science (Nutrition) with distinction at Curtin University in 2006. After her first child Katie then completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics at Curtin University in 2008. Katie continues to study and has completed the following courses:

Katie has over 8 years dietetic experience in weight loss surgery and has a particular interest in PCOS, perimeopause, menopause, endometriosis, fertility (male and female) and binge eating disorder. Katie has also worked in oncology, rehabilitation, cardiovascular health, type 1 diabetes and other areas.
Katie loves helping people feel better through eating nutritious foods and develop a better relationship with food in a supportive and non-judgemental way.
Katie doesn't have much spare time with 3 busy kids, but when she does she loves to read, sew, cook new meals and desserts, go fishing (or rather to eat the fish her hubby catches), walk her dog or with friends and spending time down south. Katie's favourite foods are mango, chocolate and white nectarines. Katie also loves eating out at new restaurants, let her know if you have any good recommendations!
